My husband has become a little baker… maybe out of necessity. He’s taken to surprising me with his super yummy banana muffin recipe. The reason? Because I overbuy banana’s, never eating them, and whenever he bakes them, I know we’re out of freezer storage space for them, ha. I Snappchatted the recipe (pic below), and a ton of you screencapped it! I figured I would share his secret (hand penned!) recipe right here. He’s added blueberries to the ones you see here, so just add them into your batter, easy peasy.
